I’ll be the first to admit it: I hate brown rice. It’s just not the same as a scoop of basmati or other long grain rices. Mmm. I try to eat less starchy rices like short grains and sushi rice (unless it’s in sushi, then those rules are out the window! 😍😍😍). I always keep a couple baggies of frozen rice in the freezer. Tonight, on the menu, it’s kale and shrimp in sriracha and garlic with a big scoop of fluffy basmati rice 😘😘😘 #riceeatersunite

I just saw this and no no no no NO. JUST NO. This is complete and utter nonsense. I’m not supporting the idea of going out and eating all sugary things to your heart’s content, but the concept here is extremely oversimplified and the information is just flat out incorrect. I’d like to see a person with “#sugaraddiction” argue with a heroin addict about “who has it worse”. If you believe this, please make an effort to educate yourselves a little better. These kind of alarmist views are ridiculous.
I know it looks weird…😂😂😂 But I’ve recently discovered that blending your greens with eggs/eggwhites allows you to pack more veggies into your scramble!!! Who would have guessed… 😉 Today’s green #eggwhite scramble is with a little onion powder and dinosaur kale and it is amaaaaazing!!! 👍👍👍
